Belle de Nuit is a traditional guesthouse operated and owned by a committed Franco Canadian couple since 2006.
Our centuries-old home located in the fascinating village of Oppède le Vieux has kept an obvious charm. Rustic and hospitable all the rooms are equipped with comfortable beds and offer peace and tranquility a few steps away from the lively town square.
Close to many tourist attractions and surrounded by unspoiled countryside, Belle de Nuit is a great place to stay while visiting this part of Provence.

The bedrooms
This historic home accommodates travelers in an authentic and rustic atmosphere. Tastefully decorated, each spacious room offers a large quality bed, a dresser, a table and chairs and a refrigerator. Each room comes as well with a cozy ensuite bathroom with shower and toilette.
On the first floor, a bedroom suite works wonderfully for close friends and family. Three independent and private bedrooms are located on the second floor.
Our room allocation is subject to availability on arrival.

The table d'hôte
The table d’hôte is a set menu prepared by the host featuring local and seasonal produces.
An enthusiastic cordon-bleu, she also favors as often as possible the use of organic vegetables and ingredients.
A selection of reasonably priced regional wines is proposed with the menu.
The table d'hôte is served three times a week in what was once the village bakery located on the main floor and is exclusively reserved for our guests upon reservation.

A fortified terraced village of ancient houses abandoned a century ago, Oppede le Vieux
has since become extremely popular with nature's lovers.
The charm of its ruins conceals a dramatic architectural testimony standing amid vegetation and oblivion.
Bike paths, hiking, and walking trails criss-cross the area.
Spectacular bucolic scenery is found around every corner.
